Mark your calendars, pick out a Carnival costume — GACC is having a Fasching party, to celebrate German Mardi Gras! Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 6 p.m at the Salem Lutheran Church. We hope to see you there.

We have important news — our monthly meetings are moving to Salem Lutheran Church (at the corner of Fourth and Amelia Streets) in Gretna. This change is the result of the renovation work going on at the 519 Huey P. Long Avenue building that houses our museum.

We think you will enjoy the new location in Salem’s Schmid Hall. After all, Salem was founded by German immigrants! Many thanks go out to Salem for hosting us.
